BIOGRAPHY

Kyle grew up in Escambia County, Alabama and graduated from Flomaton High School. Kyle's first job was working at an antique auction moving heavy furniture. After graduating High School, Kyle attended Auburn University and received a Bachelors in Science in Business Administration in Business Marketing. Kyle then attended law school at Birmingham School of Law.

After law school, Kyle was hired as an Assistant District Attorney in Baldwin County, Alabama in 2009. While employed at the Baldwin County District Attorney's Office, Kyle prosecuted DUIs, Thefts, Murders and many other criminal cases. In 2011, Kyle left the District Attorney's Office and went into private practice. While in private practice, Kyle has represented a number of individuals and businesses. Business clients include developers, building contractors, and a private school.

Kyle is married to Rebecca McLean Henderson and a father of two daughters. His children attend Baldwin County Public Schools. 

Kyle and his family attend 3Circle Church. Kyle is a member of the Baldwin County Republican Executive Committee. He is also a member of the Alabama Minority GOP South Alabama Chapter, Eastern Shore Republican Women Associate Member, South Baldwin Republican Women Associate Member, Renaissance School of The Eastern Shore Board Member, and Shepherd's Place Respite Board Member. 

Kyle's wife, McLean, has worked for Baldwin County Department of Human Resources for 16 years helping families throughout Baldwin County.

Kyle is a supporter of the 2nd Amendment and enjoys hunting and fishing. Kyle wants to keep Baldwin County beautiful for his family and yours.
